Return Policy:
Due to Covid-19 concerns, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges! If you have any issues regarding your product please reach out by contacting customer service at 404-301-8804 or by emailing us at shop@papsboutique.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please provide a picture and a brief description, if there is a defect with the product to discuss further options.
 
Shipping Policy:
All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of order being placed. Please see checkout for shipping options that are available.  If you are pre-ordering an item,  please allow up to 2 weeks for its arrival. Tracking information will be provided for all orders and will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
